01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the jk44 online gaming platform available at jk44.bio (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with jk44's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your account. Access to and use of the jk44 Platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jk44 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the Platform and the subject matter contained herein.

02 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to open a jk44 account and participate in real-money gaming on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other entity) acting on your own behalf.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

jk44 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy these requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and jk44 may void all wagers, forfeit all balances, and permanently close the account without prior notice.

03 Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money gaming on the jk44 Platform, you are required to create a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) jk44 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jk44 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jk44 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements, jk44 will require you to complete identity verification before you may make withdrawals or access certain Platform features. Verification documents may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or national ID)

jk44 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges and restrict account functionality pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process. You agree to cooperate fully and promptly with jk44's verification requirements.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any security codes. You must notify jk44 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. jk44 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the jk44 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise stated. jk44 supports a range of payment methods tailored to Filipino players, including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph.

Deposits. Deposits to your jk44 account are generally processed instantly, subject to your chosen payment provider's processing times. jk44 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which jk44 bears no responsibility. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name and matching your verified jk44 account details. Third-party payment is not permitted.
• Any active bonus balance must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings become withdrawable.

Anti-Money Laundering. jk44 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. All transactions are monitored in accordance with Philippine AML regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your jk44 account are sourced from legitimate, lawful activity.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

jk44 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, VIP rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus credits and any winnings derived therefrom are subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover") before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable rollover multiple, time limit, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and game contribution percentages will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Players are strongly advised to review the full promotion terms before opting in.

Bonus Abuse. jk44 prohibits the abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear bonus wagering requirements without genuine risk, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. jk44 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds, cancel outstanding wagers, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new jk44 registrants only and may only be claimed once per household, IP address, or device.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Unclaimed or unused bonus credit that expires is forfeited without compensation.
• Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering. A full list of excluded games is provided in each promotion's specific terms.
• jk44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice, provided that existing wagering commitments are honoured to the extent reasonable.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game available on the jk44 Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to game outcomes, and these general Terms shall prevail with respect to all other matters including account conduct and financial transactions.

RNG Certification. All non-live casino games on the jk44 Platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. The RNG systems used are certified by independent testing laboratories and produce statistically fair, unpredictable results. Payout Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published in each game's information panel.

Live Casino. Live casino games are operated in real time by professional dealers in regulated studio environments. Game results are determined by physical outcomes (cards dealt, roulette wheel spins, dice rolls) and are final once the round is closed. Technical disruptions during a live game round will be handled in accordance with the applicable game provider's malfunction policy.

Malfunction Policy. 07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jk44 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to defraud jk44 or other users.
• Engaging in match fixing, sports manipulation, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with betting markets.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or circumvent any security measure or game mechanism on the Platform.
• Money laundering or depositing funds sourced from criminal activity.
• Abusing the jk44 complaints or chargeback process in bad faith.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jk44 staff or other players through any communication channel.

08 Responsible Gaming

jk44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. We believe that gaming should remain a form of entertainment and we actively support players in maintaining healthy gaming habits. jk44 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. A notification will be sent when your limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of the time you have spent on the Platform during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once in effect, your account will be suspended for the requested period. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the jk44 Platform, including but not limited to the jk44 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property ("IP"), is owned by or licensed to jk44 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jk44 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any jk44 content without express written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on jk44 Platform content or software.
• Use jk44's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of jk44's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jk44, its officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds or winnings due to technical failures, network interruptions, or system malfunctions not attributable to jk44's gross negligence.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised access resulting from your negligence.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.
• Losses arising from Force Majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or network outages beyond jk44's reasonable control.

jk44's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your jk44 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits jk44's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by jk44's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Philippine law.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

jk44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jk44 reasonably believes that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your account has been involved in fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity.
• You are a minor or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform.
• A competent authority or PAGCOR has directed jk44 to close your account.
• Continued operation of your account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to jk44.

Upon closure of your account, jk44 will return any verified real-money balance (net of any bonus amounts not meeting withdrawal criteria) to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or AML review.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting jk44 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any outstanding wagers at the time of closure will be settled in the normal course, and resulting balances processed accordingly.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

jk44 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By creating a jk44 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and personalised communications.

jk44 complies with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your data will not be sold to unrelated third parties. Where data is shared with service providers, such providers are contractually bound to handle your data in a manner consistent with jk44's Privacy Policy.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the jk44 Platform, you agree to first contact jk44 customer support and attempt to resolve the matter informally. jk44 will use its best efforts to resolve any complaint within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

Formal Disputes. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree that the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jk44 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

PAGCOR Complaints. Where a dispute relates to jk44's compliance with its PAGCOR licence conditions, you may also file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channel. jk44 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation process.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jk44 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Changes may be made in response to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, Platform features, or operational needs.

Where changes are material, jk44 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered players via the email address on file. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued access to or use of the jk44 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11 above.
